I have lost 30 pounds last year, I can assure you it is simple, but not easy ;)

You may ask why I have such a strange pen name - 'weightlosediets'

The aswer is simple. I quit smoking some time ago. As it often happens, I gained weight. Then I become obesessed with diets and fitness. And my friends started calling me 'dietman' and 'weightlossman'.

At that point I joined HP and chose weightlosediets as my nickname, as I felt it was my identity.
